Sesame Soy Swordfish
Sesame Soy Swordfish
1 to 1 lbs. swordfish steaks
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger

Prep time: 5 minutes, Marinate time: 15 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

Rinse fish and pat dry; place in a shallow dish. Whisk together remaining ingredients and set aside 3 tbsp. of this mixture; pour remaining over fish. Let marinate for 15 minutes, turning once. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 150°F, basting liberally with marinade during grilling. Place fish on a platter and pour reserved marinade over the top. (Discard marinade used during grilling.)
