Savory Bean Pot
8 strips bacon chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 large onion peeled and chopped
1 (16- oz.) can pinto beans drained
1 (15.25- oz.) can kidney beans drained
1 (15- oz.) can black beans drained
1 (15- oz.) can white beans drained
1 (15- oz.) can butter beans drained
2 cups K.C. Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. mustard
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 50 minutes

Cook bacon in a large pot until crisp. Remove bacon from pot and drain, leaving 1 tbsp. grease in pot. Add garlic and onion; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes or until onion is soft. Add bacon and remaining ingredients to pot; stir well. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
