Classic Mc 'n' Cheese
Classic Mac 'n' Cheese
6 oz. elbow macaroni
1 (10- oz.) container refrigerated light Alfredo sauce
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

2. Bring alfredo sauce, chicken broth and dry mustard to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in Cheddar cheese, a little at a time, stirring until cheese is melted, then stir in macaroni. Transfer to a greased 9-inch baking dish.

3. Stir together panko and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top and broil for 5 minutes or until top is golden brown.
