Spicy Shrimp Cocktail Sandwiches
Spicy Shrimp Cocktail Sandwiches
1-1/3 cups each: coarsely chopped cooked shrimp and chopped hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup avocado, diced
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
4 slices rye bread, toasted
4 cabbage leaves
Suggested toppings: chopped red onion and fresh cilantro leaves

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together shrimp, eggs, avocado, cocktail sauce and Tabasco in a medium bowl.

2. Place cabbage leaf on each slice of bread and top with shrimp mixture.
