Garlicky Baby Bok Choy
Garlicky Baby Bok Choy
4 small baby bok choy
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
1/2 tbsp. butter
dash of nutmeg

Cut 4 small baby bok choy in half lengthwise and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add 4 peeled and crushed garlic cloves. Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until golden; remove garlic and discard. Add 1/2 tbsp. butter and bok choy; cover and cook, turning frequently, for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
