Hot Wing Pitas
Hot Wing Pitas
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, chilled
1/4 cup each: thinly sliced celery and minced red onion
2 tbsp. each: sour cream and hot wing sauce
2 Sara Lee Pita Bread circles, halved
1/2 cup lettuce leaves, shredded or torn
Crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Stir together chicken, celery, onion, sour cream and hot wing sauce in a small bowl.

2. Carefully open each pita bread half and fill with lettuce and chicken. Top with blue cheese, if you like.
