Peachy Grilled Ham Panini
Peachy Grilled Ham Panini
1 tbsp. softened butter
4 slices rustic bread (in our Bakery)
4 tsp. mango chutney
1 slice Jarlsberg cheese
2 oz. ham, thinly sliced
2 to 3 thin peach slices

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serve: 2

1. Spread butter onto one side of 4 slices of rustic bread. Place buttered side down on a board and spread chutney onto half the bread.

2. Top each with 1/2 slice Jarlsberg cheese, 2 oz. thinly sliced ham, 2 to 3 thin peach slices and another 1/2 slice cheese, in that order. Close sandwiches and grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3. Press firmly to compact; turn and grill for 5 minutes more or until bread is lightly charred and cheese is melted.
