Barbecued Beef Brisket
Barbecued Beef Brisket
1 (4- lb.) beef brisket
Garlic salt, pepper and paprika
1 large onion peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups prepared barbecue sauce
1 cup beer
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 1/2 hours

Place meat on grill over high heat to sear outside. Remove from grill

*With indirect heat, the heat source is not directly under the meat, but
the edges. If using charcoal, make a ring of hot coals and place the
food on
a rack in the center. If using a gas grill, turn off the burner that is
under the meat.
