Turkey, Bacon and Arugula Sandwiches
Turkey, Bacon and Arugula Sandwiches
4 (7 -inch) pieces sweet or sourdough baguette, cut in half lengthwise
12 oz. smoked turkey, thinly sliced
8 thin tomato slices
6 strips crisp cooked bacon
1 cup arugula leaves
3 to 4 tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette
Prep time: 15 minutes, Serves 4

1. Layer turkey, tomato and bacon on the bottom of each bread section.

2. Toss arugula with dressing and place equal amounts on each sandwich,
drizzling bread with any remaining dressing. Close sandwiches.

Tip! Save time by purchasing precooked bacon. Or, cook an entire package of
bacon at once and freeze the drained and cooled strips in a resealable plastic
