1 cup 1/2-inch cubes Rumiano Dry Jack Cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, sliced

Prep: 10 minutes, Chill: at least 1 hour, Serves: 6

1. Stir together all ingredients in a jar or medium bowl; cover and refrigerate for at least one hour and up to 2 weeks, stirring occasionally.

2. Drain and serve with toothpicks.
