Creamy Cheesy Corn
2 (15- oz.) cans corn
1 3-oz. block cream cheese
1/4 cup green onions sliced
2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Seasoning Blend
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup Raley's Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Topping: chopped fresh cilantro

Makes 6 servings. 

Drain corn and place in a small saucepan with cream cheese, sliced green onions, seasoning blend and garlic salt. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in cheese and cook for 5 minutes more. Top with chopped fresh cilantro, if you like.
