Mexican Cheese Fries
Mexican Cheese Fries
1 lbs. russet potatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Seasoning Blend
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 cup Raley's Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Topping: sour cream

Makes 4 servings. 

Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut russet potatoes into 1/2-inch strips and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning blend and garlic salt. Spread in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and starting to crisp, stirring and spraying with olive oil spray occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for a few minutes more to melt cheese. Serve with sour cream, if you like.
