Tamale Beef Soup
Tamale Beef Soup
1 lb. beef round, cut into 1/2 -inch cubes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (16- oz.) container Raley's Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1 (32- oz.) container chicken broth
1 (25- oz.) jar Amalia's Cocina Chili Colorado or Tamale Sauce
1 (16- oz.) bag Raley's Fiesta Vegetable Blend, thawed

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 2 hours, Serves: 6

1.  Cook beef in hot oil in a large pot until browned. Stir in pico de gallo, broth and tamale sauce; cover and cook for 1½ hours.

2.  Add vegetable blend and cook for 15 minutes more.
