Chicken Salad with Mangoes and Hazelnuts
Chicken Salad with Mangoes and Hazelnuts
4 Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette, divided
1 (5- oz.) package spring mix
2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Grill chicken over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup vinaigrette. Remove from heat and let cool slightly; cut into bite-size strips.

2. Place salad greens, mangoes, onions, nuts and chicken in a large bowl; drizzle with remaining 1/2 cup vinaigrette and toss well to coat. Serve immediately.
