Cherry Cola Ribs
2 slabs Raley's Fresh Pork baby back ribs or spareribs (7 to 9 lbs. total)
1 Large foil roasting pan
2 cups cherry cola
2 cups ketchup
2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. honey mustard
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (5- oz.) bag Mariani Dried Cherries

Sweet and tangy, these ribs pair perfectly with cherry cola!

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 2 hours, Serves: 6 to 8

1. Place ribs in foil pan and add 1/2 inch of water; seal tightly with foil. Place on grill over low heat and cook for 1½ hours or until ribs are very tender.

2. While ribs are cooking, stir together remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove cover and simmer for 30 minutes more. Let cool slightly, then puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.

3. Remove ribs from pan and place directly on the grill. Cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes, turning and brushing liberally with sauce occasionally. Serve with any additional sauce.
