Balsamic Sage  Brussels Sprouts
Balsamic Sage Brussels Sprouts
2 lbs. fresh Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Earthbound Farm Crushed Roasted Garlic
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. minced fresh sage
freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste (or use 1/2 tsp. McCormick Smokehouse Pepper)

Don’t overcook Brussels sprouts! They’re best when crisp-tender and will retain they’re beautiful green color as well.

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cut Brussels sprouts in half and toss with olive oil.

2. Grill over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.

3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients; toss with Brussels sprouts.
