Curried Chutney Chicken Salad
Curried Chutney Chicken Salad
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (in our Deli)
1/2 cup plain, nonfat or lowfat yogurt (preferably Greek)
1/4 cup mango chutney
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tsp. curry powder
1 to 2 large butter or romaine lettuce leaves
1 (8.8- oz.) package Stonefire Tandoori Naan Bread

 Prep: 15 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Stir together all ingredients except lettuce and bread in a medium bowl.

2. Place lettuce on 1 piece Naan bread and top with salad and remaining bread; cut into 4 pieces.
