Quinoa Chicken for Two
Quinoa Chicken for Two
2 cups coarsely shredded rotisserie chicken,
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. garam masala (on our spices aisle)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4.2- oz.) cup Full Circle Organic 90 Second Quinoa
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. golden raisins
2 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted

Starting with precooked quinoa (pronounced “keen wah”) makes this a super fast dish!

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Place chicken, broth and seasonings in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in quinoa, onions and raisins; cook for 5 minutes more or until excess liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
