Southern Grains and Greens
1 (8.8- oz.) package Raley's 5 Grains
2 cups vegetable stock
1 cups onion chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 (15- oz.) can Red Beans
1 (5- oz.) package Raley's Tri Pepper Dice (in our Produce Dept.)

2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 cups mustard greens coarsely chopped

Cook 1 (8.8-oz.) package Raley’s 5 Grains in 2 cups vegetable stock, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. While grains are cooking, sauté 1½ cups chopped onion in 2 tbsp. butter until soft in a large pot. Stir in 1 (15-oz.) can S&W Louisiana Style Red Beans, 1 (5-oz.) package Raley’s Tri Pepper Dice (in our Produce Dept.) and 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning and cook for a few minutes more. Stir in hot grains and 2 cups coarsely chopped mustard greens.

Makes 6 servings.
