Perry's Italian Meatloaf
Perry's Italian Meatloaf
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 slice bread
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 large onion chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Tomato Topping:
1/2 of a (6- oz.) can toma to paste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 1 hour

Preheat oven to 375F. Place ground beef in a large bowl, then crumble bread into the bowl. Add remaining meatloaf ingredients and mix well with your hands. Form into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish. Stir together topping ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Bake for about 1 hour or until meatloaf reaches 160F on a meat thermometer. Cut into slices and serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
