Crab and Artichoke Panini
Crab and Artichoke Panini
12 oz. crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 (6.5- oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
8 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Prep: 15 minutes  Cook: 3 to 10 minutes  Serves: 4 

1. Stir together crab, artichoke hearts and green onions in a small bowl. Lightly butter one side of each bread slice and place butter side down on a board. Spread crab mixture on half of the bread. Top with cheese and close sandwiches.

2. Cook in a hot panini press for 3 to 5 minutes or in a skillet for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
