Grilled Cauliflower with Spanish Paprika Butter
3 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup white wine
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. Raley's Spanish Paprika Sea Salt
1 head cauliflower

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 6

Melt butter with garlic in a small saucepan. Stir in white wine, tomato paste and sea salt. Cut cauliflower into 3/4-inch thick slices. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender, basting with butter mixture frequently. Season with additional smoked paprika salt, if you like.
