Kale Corn Salad
2 ears fresh Amaize corn
6 cups torn kale leaves
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup Briannas Real French Vinaigrette

Prep: 20 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Cut kernels away from corn ears.

2. Place in a large bowl with kale leaves, walnuts, bell pepper, onion and vinaigrette.

3. Toss well to coat.
