Artichoke Jalapeņo Cheese Spread
Artichoke Jalapeņo Cheese Spread
1 (6.5- oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, plus 3 tbsp. marinade from jar
1 (8- oz.) package 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapeno peppers, diced
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Mexican blend seasoning
Tortilla chips

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Pulse artichoke hearts, cream cheese and peppers in a blender or food processor until artichokes and peppers are finely chopped. 

2. Transfer to a small saucepan and stir in cheese and Mexican seasoning. Cook over low heat until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
