Rotola Pizzettes
1 (14-oz.) ball Raley's Pizza Dough (in our Deli)
1 (7- oz.) jar basil pesto or Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta
1 (8- oz.) package Volpi Rotola (in our Deli), sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional topper)

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8 

1. Divide pizza dough into 15 equal pieces and roll each into a very thin circle on a lightly floured board. Spread 1 tsp. pesto over each.

2. Slice Rotola into 15 equal slices and place on pizza dough. Cook on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 450°F for 10 minutes or until crust is nicely browned. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, if you like.
