Peach Pecan Pancakes
Peach Pecan Pancakes
2 cups Kodiak Whole Grain Pancake Mix
1 (11.5- oz.) can Kerns Peach Nectar
3/4 cup peeled, chopped fresh peaches
1/4 cup chopped Emerald Glazed Pie Pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Whipped cream and additional peach slices (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Stir together pancake mix, nectar, peaches, pecans and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

2. Pour about 1/4 cup at a time into a lightly buttered nonstick skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes or until very bubbly on top. Turn and cook for 3 minutes more.

3. Top with additional whipped cream and peaches, if you like.

Tip: Thin melted peach jam with a little peach nectar or orange juice and serve warm over pancakes.
