Olive oil cooking spray
4 square egg roll wrappers
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. finely grated Meyer lemon zest
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed between your fingers)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: about 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Line 2 large baking sheets with foil and coat with cooking spray. Cut each egg roll wrapper into 6 pieces and place on baking sheets. 

2. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over egg roll wrappers; coat with cooking spray.

3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
