Dad?s Steak and Eggs
Dad's Steak and Eggs
2 tbsp. garlic-infused (or plain) olive oil
2 cups coarsely chopped, thawed Earthbound Farm Roasted Organic Yukon Gold Wedges (in our Frozen Food section)
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups small cubes precooked tri tip
1 tsp. Raley's Steakhouse Seasoning
4 eggs, fried

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potato wedges and onion; cook and stir for 10 minutes.

2. Add tri tip and steak seasoning; cook for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Spoon onto plates and top each with a fried egg. Garnish with parsley, if you like.
