Jalapeņo Cilantro Dipping Sauce
Jalapeņo Cilantro Artichoke Dipping Sauce
1 small jalapeņo pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Grill or broil jalapeño pepper until lightly blackened. When cool enough to handle, remove stem and slice (removing seeds for less heat) and puree in a small blender or food processor with melted butter, lime juice, cilantro and garlic until smooth.

2. Transfer to a small microwave-safe bowl and cook on HIGH for 10 to 20 seconds or until hot.
