Korean Tacos
Korean Tacos
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 lb. Raley's Beef sirloin California raised USDA choice
2 cups Fresh Express 3 Color Deli Slaw
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
8 corn tortillas, warmed on the grill
Torn fresh cilantro leaves
2 limes, quartered
Toasted sesame seeds (optional topper)
sliced green onions (optional topper)
Korean BBQ Sauce (optional topper)

Prep: 30 minutes, Marinate: at least 3 hours
Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together soy sauce, oil, vinegar and honey in a medium bowl. Place 2 to 3 tbsp. of mixture in a small bowl and set aside. Place remaining mixture in a large resealable plastic bag with beef; seal bag. Place beef in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight, turning bag once or twice. Cover and refrigerate reserved marinade until ready to serve.

2. Just before serving, stir together coleslaw mixture, green onions, pear and reserved marinade; toss lightly to coat.

3. Grill beef over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked to your liking. Cut into bite-size strips and place in tortillas with slaw and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and any optional toppers.
