Gone With the Wind Bean Dip
1 (15- oz.) can small white beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp. chopped California Sun-Dry Smoked Sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 tbsp. torn fresh basil leaves
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 cloves garlic
1 large green onion, sliced
1/2 cup light or regular sour cream
Terra Chips (In our Natural Foods Dept.)

Prep: 10 minutes, Chill: at least 1 hour, Makes: about 2 cups

1. Puree all ingredients except sour cream and chips in a blender or food processor until smooth, but tiny pieces of vegetables are still visible. Stir in sour cream.

2. Transfer to a bowl; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. May be prepared several days ahead. Serve with Terra Chips.
