Sweet Italian Baked Ricotta
Sweet Italian Baked Ricotta
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. Galliano Liqueur
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
Biscotti OR
Waffle cookies

Serve warm for a simple dessert.

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 30 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and butter two 1-cup baking dishes.

2. Whisk together ricotta cheese, Galliano Liqueur, honey, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and egg. Pour into prepared dishes and bake for 30 minutes or until center is set.

3. Serve warm spooned over biscotti or waffle cookies.
