1 lb. fresh trimmed green beans
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1 to 2 tsp. Creole or Cajun seasoning blend

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 8 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Cook green beans and garlic in vegetable oil for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

2. Add bell peppers, tomatoes and seasoning blend. Cook for a few minutes more to heat through.
