Tia Monica's Popcorn Balls
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, plus extra for buttering hands
1 tsp. McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup pecans (bulk bin #753) chopped and toasted
10 cups popcorn (popcorn kernels from bulk bin #631), popped

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Makes: 9

1. Place honey, brown sugar, buttery spread and pumpkin pie spice in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in pecans and pour over popcorn. Using a wooden spoon, stir gently until popcorn is thoroughly coated.

3. When cool enough to handle, shape popcorn into balls with buttered hands. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container to keep crisp.
