Whipped Gingerbread Spice Ricotta Shots
Whipped Gingerbread Spice Ricotta Shots
1 (15- oz.) container whole milk ricotta cheese
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 of a 4-oz. bar Theo Gingerbread Spice Chocolate Bar
Maldon Sea Salt (optional)

Slightly sweet but so impressive! Use shot glasses or mini dessert cups found in our stores for this dessert.

Prep: 20 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8  

1. Beat ricotta and cream cheese in a medium bowl until light and creamy. Add sugar and extract and beat until incorporated.

2. Grate chocolate bar with the largest holes on a box grater. Spoon ricotta mixture into a Wilton disposable pastry bag or a large resealable bag and snip 1/2-inch off the end. Pipe half the mixture into 6 to 8 clear shot glasses. Sprinkle with half the chocolate, then repeat layers. Finish with a pinch of sea salt flakes, if you like.
