Cheese Almond Crackers
1 cup shredded aged Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped smoked almonds
1/2 cup French fried onions
3 tbsp. melted butter

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 8 to 10 minutes, Makes: 60 small crackers

1. Stir together Cheddar, Gouda, bread crumbs, almonds, onions and butter, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch very flat discs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

2. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Store in an airtight container.
