Tropical Blackberry Salmon
Tropical Blackberry Salmon
1 (12- oz.) package Full Circle Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Fillets, thawed
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup frozen blackberries, thawed
1/4 cup Hawaii's Own Guava Passion Orange Blended Juice Beverage Concentrate
2 tbsp. lime juice

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 12 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Pat salmon fillets dry between paper towels and season with lemon pepper and sea salt.

2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add salmon and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked to your liking.

3. Place blackberries in a small skillet with juice concentrate and lime juice. Cook for a few minutes to cook off excess liquid. Serve over salmon.
