1 packet hollandaise sauce
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
3/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 (6-oz.) boxes Savory Bay Crab Cakes
4 large tomato slices
4 toasted English muffin halves
4 eggs
snipped fresh chives (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Prepare hollandaise sauce according to directions. Stir in chopped fresh parsley, Old Bay Seasoning, grated lemon zest and dry mustard.

2. Cook Savory Bay Crab Cakes according to package directions.

3. Place 4 large tomato slices on 4 toasted English muffin halves. Top each with a crab cake, a fried egg and hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle with snipped fresh chives, if you like.
