Mexican Mary
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
4 thin cucumber slices
2 lime slices
1/2 jalapeņo pepper, sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
1 cup Raley?s Tomato or Low Sodium Vegetable Juice
1-1/2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. Cholula Hot Sauce
1/8 tsp. celery salt plus more to rim glass
Maldon Flaked Sea Salt and lime wedges to rim glass
Garnish: Jalapeņo peppers, lime wedges, cucumber slices and cilantro stems

Prep: 10 minutes, Steep: 1 to several hours, Serves: 2

1. Stir together tequila, cilantro, cucumber, lime and jalapeño in a small cup or jar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Strain tequila from solids and stir in remaining ingredients except garnishes.

3. Wet rims of the glasses with lime wedges, then roll edge in sea salt and celery salt. Pour mixture over ice into prepared glasses. Serve with suggested garnishes.
