Marmalade Roasted Asparagus
Marmalade Roasted Asparagus
1 lb. asparagus trimmed
2 tbsp. marmalade
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. almonds sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Place asparagus on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 10
minutes. Stir together marmalade and lemon juice; pour over
asparagus. Top with almonds and bake for 5 minutes more.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
