Greek Grilled Rib Eyes
Greek Grilled Rib Eyes
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp. minced fresh oregano
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
4 Raley's Beef Rib Eye Steaks

If you’re in a hurry – or just forgot – these steaks need just one hour to soak up the seasonings.

Prep: 10 minutes, Standby: 1 hour to overnight
Cook: 8 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together garlic, oregano, oil, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Rub mixture over steaks; cover and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high.

3. Place steaks on grill and cook, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes, or until steaks reach internal temperature of 145°F.
