Grilled Halibut with Fruity Salsa
Grilled Halibut with Fruity Salsa
4 to 6 halibut fillets
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1 large navel orange, peeled and diced
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Sliced green onions (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Brush fillets lightly with vegetable oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

2. Meanwhile, combine orange, kiwi, bell pepper, onion and lime juice in a small bowl. Serve over cooked fish and garnish with sliced green onions, if you like.
