Lowfat Bean Spread
1 to 2 large cloves garlic
1 (15- oz.) can white beans, drained
1 dill pickle spear, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Prep: 5 minutes, Makes: about 1½ cups

1. With machine running, drop garlic cloves into a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add beans, pickle and garlic salt; puree until smooth.

2. May be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
