New York Egg Cream
1/4 cup fat-free half & half
1 cup chilled seltzer water
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup

Prep: 5 minutes, Chill: 1 hour, Serves: 1

1. Place a 16-oz. glass in the freezer for 1 hour to chill.

2. Pour half & half into glass; add seltzer water and stir with a long-handled spoon until a thick foam forms.

3. Pour chocolate syrup into glass and stir just at the bottom of the glass to incorporate chocolate.
