8 Raley's Ground Round Beef Patties divided
4 (1- oz.) slices cheese
1 large onion peeled and sliced
4 hamburger buns
8 pickle slices
Prep time: 15 minutes,
Cook time: 15 to 20 minutes

Place 4 patties on a baking sheet. Fold cheese slices in half, then in half
again. Place in the center of patties and top with remaining 4 patties; crimp
edges well to seal in cheese. Cook burgers and onions on a lightly oiled grill
over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning
occasionally, or until meat is cooked through and onions are soft. Place
cooked burgers on buns and top with grilled onions and pickle slices. Serve
with the usual

The Classic: Plain old American cheese slices! Or dress it up with sharp

The Mexi-Lucy: Top with Pepper Jack cheese. Skip the pickles and top with
pickled jalapeņo slices. (Make your own with a separate recipe - do a find for
"pickled jalapenos.")
