Prosciutto Wrapped Apple Slices
Prosciutto Wrapped Apple Slices
2 tbsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. Aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut in to 16 slices
8 very thin slices prosciutto (about 2- to 3-oz.) (in our Deli)
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 2 to 3 minutes, Makes: 16 appetizers

1. Stir together vinegar and honey in a small bowl; dip apple slices in mixture. Cut proscuitto slices in half lengthwise and wrap around apple slices.

2. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until proscuitto is crisp; season with salt and pepper.
