Cotswold Cheese Toasties
Cotswold Cheese Toasties
3 eggs
2 cups shredded Cotswold Cheese with Chives and Green Onions (in our Deli)
1 tbsp. Sierra Nevada Stout Multigrain Mustard (or any grainy mustard)
Freshly ground pepper to taste
6 (1/2 -inch thick) slices multigrain bread, cut slightly on the diagonal
3 slices Raley's Black Forest Ham, cut in half

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 12 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Beat eggs well in a medium bowl; stir in cheese, mustard and pepper.

2. Place bread on prepared baking sheet and spread about a spoonful of cheese mixture and a piece of ham on each. Spoon remaining cheese mixture over top.

3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese is lightly browned.
