Light as Air Chicken and Dumplings
Light as Air Chicken and Dumplings
3 (10.5- oz.) cans Raley's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
3 cups Raley's Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1 lb. Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 tsp. herbes de Provence
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup Sunnyside Farms Egg Substitute
2 tbsp. fat-free milk

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: about 45 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Stir together soup, broth, chicken, vegetables and herbs 
in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

2. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and drop tablespoonfuls onto chicken mixture.

3. Cook over low heat, uncovered, for 7 minutes. Carefully flip dumplings over and cook, covered, for 7 minutes more.
