Earl Grey Jasmine Rice
Earl Grey Jasmine Rice
1 cup water
1/2 cup jasmine rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bag Bigelow Earl Grey Tea
Bring water to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Stir in rice and salt; return to a boil. Reduce heat and add tea. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes; remove tea bag.

Makes 1 1/2 cups rice. Recipe may be doubled
