Frozen Chocolate Mousse Cups
Frozen Chocolate Mousse Cups
4 foil cupcake liners
1 1/4 cups Ben and Jerry's Lowfat Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen Yogurt
1 cup fat-free whipped topping
2 SnackWell's Devil's Food or Chocolate Mint Cookies chopped
Cookies, chopped
2 to 4 tbsp.sugar free hot fudge topping
Prep time: 10 minutes, Chill time: at least 1 hour

Place cupcake liners on a small tray. Place frozen
yogurt in a medium bowl and let stand for 10
minutes to soften, stirring occasionally. Carefully
fold whipped topping and cookies into softened
yogurt. (Freeze again briefly if mixture becomes
too soft.) Spoon into cupcake liners and freeze for
at least 1 hour. Just before serving, warm fudge
topping in a small resealable bag in the
microwave for about 10 seconds. Snip one end of
the bag and squeeze to drizzle chocolate onto 4
dessert plates. Remove foil from desserts and
place in the center of drizzled plates.
